These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Holey Holes ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website and services. By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Holey Holes provides professional drywall repair and interior painting services in Burlington, Oakville, Milton, and Hamilton, Ontario, including but not limited to:
Free Estimates: We provide free, no-obligation estimates. Estimates are based on the information provided and an assessment of the work required.
Quote Validity: Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise specified.
Quote Changes: If the scope of work changes or additional issues are discovered during the project, we will provide a revised quote before proceeding with additional work.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments.
Payment Schedule:
Late Payment: Invoices not paid within 30 days of completion may be subject to a 2% monthly interest charge.
Taxes: All prices are subject to applicable HST (13% in Ontario) unless otherwise stated.
Scheduling: Work is scheduled based on availability. We will provide an estimated start date and project duration.
Customer Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule with at least 48 hours notice without penalty. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.
Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Deposits will be refunded in full.

Workmanship Warranty: We guarantee our workmanship for 1 year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in our work, not damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or misuse.
Materials: Materials are warrantied by their manufacturers. We will assist with warranty claims when applicable.
Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact us within 30 days of discovering the issue. We will inspect and, if valid, repair or replace the work at no charge.
We carry general liability insurance for property damage and bodily injury. However, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services rendered.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Holey Holes or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian copyright laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.
With your consent, we may photograph our work for marketing purposes (website, social media, promotional materials). We will not photograph or use images of your property without explicit permission.
Informal Resolution: If you have a concern or dispute, please contact us first so we can attempt to resolve it amicably.
Mediation: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, we agree to attempt mediation before pursuing legal action.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and Canada. Any legal proceedings will be conducted in the courts of Ontario.
Holey Holes carries general liability insurance and complies with all applicable Ontario regulations for home improvement contractors. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
